If you are not pleased with your purchase of books, ebooks, membership programs, subscriptions, videos or any other product, for any reason, you may contact us AT ANY TIME for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Regardless of how long ago you purchased from us, we look forward to helping ensure your complete satisfaction.

- If you reside in the United States and would like a refund or to cancel a subscription, please contact us at: 800-378-2794.
- If you reside outside the United States, or as an alternative to a phone call for those residing in the United States, and you would like a refund or to cancel a subscription, send an e-mail to email@example.com providing your full name, what you purchased, when you purchased it and what are your expectations (refund, cancel subscription, etc.).
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have not been purchased directly from Good Great Health.
- While our refund policy is generous, we reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine that our policy is being abused.
- Refunds are issued for the price paid for the product, back to the original form of payment. Some exceptions apply.
- Refunds cover the original purchase price of the product purchased, they do not include the price of shipping and handling on the original order.
- In the event an order has been mailed back to us, the postage fees are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days. Refunds issued via check require a longer processing time.
